Let’s talk about your data problem.

Whether you’re scoping an initiative, modernizing analytics, or evaluating where AI actually fits, we’d love to hear about it.

How we engage

What to expect after you reach out.

We keep the early conversations short, useful and free of obligation. The goal is to figure out together whether we’re the right fit for the problem, not to sell you anything.

  1. 01

    Same-day acknowledgement

A real person reads your email and replies the same business day. Not a triage bot, not a templated drip.

  2. 02

    Forty-five-minute conversation

Two of our practitioners and your team. We listen first; we describe how we’d approach it; we say what we don’t know.

  3. 03

    A short written follow-up

Within a week, you get a one-page note on what we heard, what we’d propose, and an honest read on whether we’re the right fit.

  4. 04

    Discovery sprint (if we proceed)

Two to four weeks, scoped tightly, ending in a working prototype and a costed roadmap. Or, if the read is negative, an honest assessment.

Logistics

The practical details.

Hours & response

We work US business hours (Eastern and Pacific). Most messages get a same-day acknowledgement; a full reply usually inside one business day.

Locations

Distributed across North America with regular on-site presence wherever the engagement calls for it. We travel routinely.

Confidentiality

Initial conversations are confidential by default. We’re happy to sign mutual NDAs before the scoping conversation if your context requires it.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear, answered honestly.

How quickly can we start?
Discovery sprints typically kick off two to four weeks after the scoping conversation, depending on contracting and team availability. We’ll be honest about our calendar, we don’t quietly stretch start dates to manufacture urgency.
Do you have a minimum engagement size?
Our smallest engagement is a two-week Discovery sprint. Below that, the ramp cost outweighs the value. We’d rather pass than under-deliver.
Can you sign our paper?
Usually, yes. We’re comfortable with mutual NDAs, MSAs, DPAs and BAA-equivalent agreements. We’ll flag specific clauses we can’t accept rather than silently renegotiating later.
How do you price?
Discovery sprints are fixed-bid. Build sprints are milestone-based. We share rates transparently during the scoping conversation and we don’t do volume discounts that bury the real number.
Do you take on RFPs?
Selectively. We’re a small firm and a thoughtful RFP is a meaningful investment of our time. If your process allows for a shaped conversation alongside the RFP, that’s where we tend to add the most value.
What if my problem isn’t a fit?
We’ll say so directly, and where we can, we’ll point you to a firm or freelancer who is. Misdirected effort doesn’t serve either of us.
